Founder of The Web Angel, Kelli has been in the telecommunications industry since 1992, lending her talents to British Telecom, MCI, and other industry leaders.  She started The Web Angel in 1998 to meet the web site design needs of small businesses, churches, and other organizations.  Kelli has a Masters in International Management from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Joining The Web Angel in 2006, Diane has been a freelance writer since 2000.  She spent the preceding 12 years in the federal government, where she managed people, projects, and programs for the Federal Judiciary and the Office of Management and Budget.  She has a passion for writing and creating.  Diane has an MBA from Washington, DC’s Georgetown University.
